Introduction to Campus Technology Resources for Students

What will the IT Department help me with?

The IT Help Desk can help if you have problems with the campus network, online course login, common computer and operating system problems, or questions about your Cedar Crest email account or software applications. Information Technology will not fix your computer hardware.

How can I get a job working for the IT Department?

Information Technology employs students as Helpdesk, Tech and Lead Consultants. Our department begins hiring for incoming students at the beginning of the Fall semester.

What is My CedarCrest and why do I need to know about it?

My CedarCrest is our online student information system that allows you to register online, view your financial aid package, check grades, print unofficial transcripts, and review your financial account. Your username is your Student ID Number.
