Classroom Support

Faculty can reserve media and equipment through our online reservation form.

To reserve a classroom or other academic space, please login to the online reservation portal, Astra Schedule. Downloadable directions for using Astra Schedule can be found HERE.

For support using classroom technology, or to schedule training on equipment, please call the Information Technology Helpdesk at 610-606-4635, option 2. Please let us know the problem you are having with the equipment and whether or not we can interrupt the class. A technician will be sent as soon as possible to assist you.

Event Support

Setup and support for all non-academic College events is provided by the Office of Student Union and Engagement.

College event room reservation and set up must be requested through the online reservation portal Astra Schedule.  Downloadable directions for using Astra Schedule can be found HERE.
