On the Account Reset page, click on Registration in the top right-hand corner of the banner.
Under Registration, complete the following information:
Domain Name: CEDARCREST
User Name: Your current network login name (ie, Jasmith, NOT email@example.com)
Password: Your current network/email password
Click Log In. Step 2 will appear.
In Step 2, enter your Cedar Crest Email address.
Next, choose 3 questions from the drop down list and provide your answers. If you forget your network password, you will be required to answer these three questions in order to reset your password from the password website.
Once done, click Submit. You will receive an email confirming your registration.
Note: If you forget your answers, you will need to contact the I.T. Helpdesk in order to reset your password. Once this is done, you can login to the Password Reset website and update your questions and answers.
How to Setup or Manage Security Questions in MyCedarCrest
To register/update password security questions in MyCedarCrest:
Login at https://my.cedarcrest.edu. If you are new to MyCedarCrest, you will be prompted at login to set your security questions and answers.
To manage your security questions:
1. Click on the Home tab at the top of the screen.
2. Under the MyCedarCrest Password Management portlet, you can reset your MyCedarCrest password and change your challenge questions and answers.
